Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Creator Sathi ("we", "us"), available at creatorsathi.in and in our Android app, collects and uses your information.
Information we collect
- Google account basics: your name, email address and profile picture when you sign in with Google.
- YouTube data: with your permission we access your channel details, video titles, descriptions, tags and analytics through the YouTube Data API and YouTube Analytics API. If you choose to apply a fix, we update the title, description or tags of that video on your behalf.
- Payment details: payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive the payment status and order ID; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
How we use it
Only to provide the features you use: auditing your videos, suggesting and applying fixes, showing insights, managing your login and subscription, and replying to support requests. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Google API Services
Creator Sathi's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Creator Sathi uses YouTube API Services; see the Google Privacy Policy.
Storage and security
Your account data is stored with our hosting providers (Supabase, Netlify) using encrypted connections. Access tokens are used only to call the Google APIs needed for the features you use.
Your choices
- You can revoke Creator Sathi's access at any time from Google security settings.
- Email us at ravikumar.kumar093@gmail.com to delete your account and data; we do this within 7 days.
Children
Creator Sathi is not meant for children under 13.
